At Rovellan, we ship to selected domestic and international destinations where available at checkout.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Custom or made-to-order items may take longer. Any additional processing time will be shown at checkout when applicable.

Shipping Times & Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier.

Estimated delivery:

  • Domestic orders: 3–7 business days.
  • International orders: 10–30 business days. Customs delays may occur.

Free shipping may apply on eligible orders in selected regions, as shown at checkout.

Tracking

  • Tracking numbers are sent by email once your order has shipped.
  • Please check your spam or promotions folder if you do not receive your tracking email.

Important Notes

  • Delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to carriers, weather, customs, holidays, or high-volume periods.
  • Rovellan is not responsible for lost packages after delivery confirmation or for customs fees, taxes, or import duties on international orders.
  • If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us with your tracking number. We will assist with the claim process where possible.
