Returns and Refunds

  • You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • To start a return, contact us at contact@rovellan.com with your order number.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • We process refunds within 5–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, such as a wrong or defective item.
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except in cases of error on our part.

Exceptions — Non-Refundable Items

  • Personalized, custom-made, or perishable products.
  • Digital downloads, gift cards, or software.
  • Final sale items clearly marked as such.

Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at contact@rovellan.com. We will cover return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund.

Rovellan reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
